Priorities

Canada is struggling with affordability, and Saint John and the KV are no exception. Housing is becoming less accessible, and grocery bills aren’t getting cheaper. Our economy and productivity have been going in the wrong direction for far too long. Justin Trudeau’s policies have led to a worse economy and a bleaker future for our children. We need less government interference in our quality of life and we need a Conservative Government to turn things around.

I’m running for the nomination to make Canada a good place to live and do business. Saint John - Kennebecasis deserves a Conservative MP and I want to represent you.

I have fought for Canada, to protect its Constitution and the rule of law. Ensuring that every individual enjoys the liberty to pursue their dreams, express their thoughts, and make informed decisions. These fundamental freedoms form the bedrock of our nation, safeguarding our collective welfare.

The Liberal Government has made a series of terrible laws that prove why more Conservatives are needed in Ottawa. C-18 threatens the independence of print journalism. C-63 is at best constitutionally dubious and at worst illegal. C-21 doesn’t prevent any gun crimes, while being a terrible burden on legal gun owners. I want to ensure that bad policies and legislation that harm our neighbours and burden our communities end!

Whether you’re Atheist, devoutly religious, or anything in between - even a self-professed ‘Jedi’, your religious views and rights should be respected as should the dignity of your person simply for being a Canadian Citizen.

The Liberal government has failed Canadians. I will defend your rights in Ottawa!

Trudeaus’ weakening bail laws haven’t helped vulnerable communities as intended. Gang violence has increased dramatically - leading to significantly more deaths in those same communities the new laws were supposed to help. Liberal criminal justice reform has left Canadian streets more dangerous! A velvet glove on crime hasn’t worked. It is time to take a firm stance against repeat, and violent offenders while ensuring that law-abiding Canadians are not unduly burdened.

Furthermore, the Liberal approach to hard drugs demands ‘thoughtful re-consideration’. Instead of spending taxpayer dollars on cheaper hard drugs for addicts, let us channel our efforts and resources into bolstering treatment, recovery, and rehabilitation resources.

As a former military officer, I am committed to idea that Canadians should have a robust and proud civic identity. Our great country, with its tremendous history, should be cherished and taught, not torn down. It is time for us to champion Canada and embrace a return to common sense. I believe in not running up the country’s debt to pay for Liberal Party lobbyists and NDP vanity projects we simply can’t afford. That’s not radical budget cutting, that’s fiscal stewardship.

Our military is in crisis. Under the Liberal government, the morale of the military has been demolished, recruiting has plummeted, and that undermines its values and mission. It also suffers from political ‘leadership’ that prioritizes climate change as national security. Our military and Canada has lost its influence and relevance in the global arena. As the world becomes more hostile and unstable, we cannot continue on this disastrous path. We must act now to restore and redefine Canada’s place on the global stage.
